Returns & Exchanges

At Facebook Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account orders page and select the items you wish to return to generate a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your digital confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
